Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

 

Return Policy:

Within 5 days:

 

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to make an exchange. Products that you exchange must be unworn. Items that you exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box if possible.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Most importantly, please indicate the reason for return. You may want to insure your return: we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

For Exchange:

Shipping and handling fees apply.  Please allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of your return for exchanges to arrive.

For Cancellations:

I do not generally accept cancellations, however if I do agree to accept a cancellations there will be a 20% restocking fee to buyer for any items cancelled after product has been made but before shipping.  

There will be a 25% restocking fee to buyer after shipping of said product.  Once shipped the product must be returned in unused condition or no refund will be made at all.

Warranty Information

 

Warranty Policy:

All of our custom made fiber optic outfits are 100% guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Please note stitching will have variations in detail and may stretch with repeated use.

 

Fiber Optic Umbrella's are not water proof and are for entertainment purposes only.  Rain/water coming through holes in the umbrella are not a defect.  No refunds will be given for this reason.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products due to defects in material and workmanship you may return it in new unused condition for repair, replacement or a refund within 30 days of receipt.  We will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

 

If any of the fiber optics unthread from the outfit contact me for instructions.

 

Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage and be returned within 30 days to the correct address postage paid. If you feel the item is defective put a note in the package with the item describing the defect. If the item is found to be defective we will repair or replace the item and return it to you or refund the full purchase price.  Please include a copy of your receipt.  Shipping and processing fees are not refundable unless the item is found to be defective.

Normal wear and tear is not a defect.
